IBM’s One Madison Avenue consolidates multiple offices across New York City, spanning 270,000 square feet and accommodating over 2,000 employees. Designed in collaboration with the global architecture and design firm Gensler, the project offers a space that encourages creativity and collaboration, providing an inspiring environment for both employees and visitors.
